Gifted and Talented Pull-out Programme for KS1 – Public Speaking 

• A group of Primary 2 and 3 students attend the regular class every Tuesday after school.
• The participants were invited to take part in some public speaking related competitions.

Gifted and Talented Pull-out Programme for KS2 – Debating

• A group of Primary 4 to 6 students attend the regular class every Thursday after school.
• On behalf of the school, the Junior Team and Senior Team debaters were selected to participate in friendly debating matches and some debating competitions.
• On the Grand Final held at the City University of Hong Kong, the following Senior Team members attained the First Runner-up prize.

Intra-school English Writing Competition

• The competition was held during the Easter Holiday and the result was announced in May 2024.
• Aligning the writing tasks with the themes of ‘Affection’, ‘Respect’, ‘Diligence’, ‘Honesty’, ‘Kindness’ and ‘Po Leung Spirit’ for each grade level
• Providing each Primary 1 to 6 student an opportunity to express themselves through creative writing

AA Power Online Reading Competitions

• All students have access to the online reading platform.
• Students are given autonomy to select their favourite genre.
• Students with the highest reading scores in each term are eligible to get the awards.
